Yes, and it's bound to happen again. Got clocked at 145 and was virtually let go. The 1st cop couldn't catch me or just didn't try so he radioed ahead. I saw the opposite direction cop a couple miles out on a straight away. I was in no mans land in Utah. As luck was with me, I pulled up behind the only other traffic which was an old pick up truck with stuff piled up to about 12' high. The cop missed me as I was tucked in behind that truck. Took another hour as a result for the next cop to ambush me as I foolishly kept up my speed. As a result of only getting a ticket for 15mph over the limit, I feel like I still don't have to be too careful. My time is coming and overdue but I can't stop the occasional bursts or especially an invitation like you got from a fellow driver.
