1) Dealer. Embarrassingly expensive
2) Individual vendors or sponsors on the forums. Raisonnable cost but you gotta pay at each update to have a new fsc code.
3) Other vendors with lifetime activation. The best and pretty cheap
4) By yourself with the correct tools to extract 1B file to generate an fsc
