Rumors:
New headlights with LED
New taillights with LED "tubes" (like other new models)
Facelift of the exterior, but likely the lights and perhaps a small bumper modification will be it.
Fact:
3 person bench
Increased iPod functions (BMW Apps)
Both of the "Facts" are coming from April 2011 production. Not sure if those cars are called 2012 or still 2011.
And I haven't heard of any changes to the nav screen size, not in rumors, and definitely not as a fact.
