Our MSRP's are $200 apart, with 15k miles I ended up with $870/month including 9.5% tax, no money down, but with 7 (refundable) MSD's. With 12k miles (deduct $30/month) that would be $762 before taxes. Note that in some states you pay taxes over the entire sale price (Texas) and in some states you pay taxes over just the portion that you leased (WA state where I'm at).
