RKB has the deal right. You should understand what credits you will qualify for in advance and leave them out of the negotiation until the very end.

I don't think the dealer is either. Lot's of horror stories out there.
The OP posted a great deal, but it is not a done deal until the papers are signed and he drives off. I bet they made a mistake or two with all the discounts and some will come off for sure.
Also the ECO credit expires Dec 31. Unless you get it in writing, no orders received after Dec 31 will be eligible for the credit.
