This is so confusing. I was under the impression that if a car was CPOd before January of 2014, that the "old" rules would still apply. Only car CPOd on or after January 1st, 2014 would be CPO if it's purchased from a BMW dealership.
Right?
In other words, if I buy a 2011 X5 that was CPOd in 2013 but I buy it in 2015 from a Dodge dealership, it would still be CPO, right?
