Im looking into two 2012 X5d as well. one is cpo with 24k miles and another is 41k miles with no cpo but warranty until 12/2016. they are not fully loaded but decent equip for me.

I paid $36,799 for a 2012 with 39k miles with warranty until 10/2016. Considering it was over $70k new, I think that was pretty fair. I was not able to find any others with all of the same options. Similar ones with slightly fewer options were at least $35k.
I called the local BMW dealer and was told that all service was included while it is under warranty, so I at least get a free oil change. It just had all of the brake pads replaced.
Btw, I love the automatic parking brake feature. I just got around to trying it out this morning.
