I like how the one guy (Turbosupra) said that 14.8 vs 12.8 is "very close". Obviously he hasn't been to a 1/4 mile track. 12.8 is bus lengths on a 14.8.
I searched CL Type S over on drag times and it looks like stock they run low 14's and modded like the OP's mid to low 13's; not to mention horrid 2.2 60 foot times. Even racing a 'slow' X5M from a stop, the race would be over in the first 60ft.
