Apart from that, just regular maintenance, oil, brakes, tires
1. Tranny flush and fill/Pan filter
2. Water pump and thermostat/coolant flush and fill
3. Front and rear diff fluids, transfer case fluid
4. Fuel filter/Cabin filter/air Filters
Hi friend, what year is your X5? That is pretty much a lot of mileage and looks like its mostly wear and tear replacements
