sorry for the late response. no warnings or anything. my x5 is an 09 with the premium sound package. my local installer that only sells jl audio did the install. they followed the directions for JL's stealthmod installation, but used my kicker stuff. after looking at the pdf on JLs site, i couldve did it myself, but they charged me <$200 bucks so its cool. no cleansweep was needed. tapped into the factory sub and used speaker level inputs to the amp. bmw doesnt mess with with the bass curve so, the bass doesnt change when you turn it up. it bangs. good luck
