Respondent’s claim is not persuasive. The vehicle was observed driving at 42 mph in this 30 mph school zone (which is 12
mph over the speed limit) and Respondent submits no persuasive evidence to dispute this observation. The technician’s report and
camera log state that the speed camera was properly working at the time the NOL was issued. The NOL contains photos of the
summoned vehicle at the cited location and this along with the video may be viewed online. NOL sustained.
