This is a $50 worth video clip from the city.
This is a speed camera with a limit on 30 Speed zone. Where is close to a school, no one walking around often but cars majority.
This camera is set before the accelerating zone on highway and decelerating as well from exit.
So most of the drivers drive +/- 10 on the speed limit.
So if I accelerate from 30 to 41mph, I will get a ticket for speeding before I am getting on the highway, or exiting the highway with 50mph to 41mph I will get a speeding ticket.
This camera brings the city couple millions lol.
It is trap for getting money out of the drivers.
That's my point of view how city makes money from NYC drivers nowadays.
If everyone follows 25 Mph, I agree with that in the residential or commercial area.
But, on the side road of the highway, that's a scam or a trap.

I am not a reckless driver, I follow the traffic laws.
if I drive 20-30 mph, a lot of drivers will change lane, that's causing the risk of getting into an accident.
They pass the law because there is a good way to getting money out of the drivers.
