The coilovers were a fairly stiff and bouncy ride, but it was the first time I've ever owned a vehicle with them and they only cost $1000, gave me the stance I wanted, so I was happy. I said screw that when I saw KW's $3.5k pricing, and being they're the only coilovers I can get, I wasn't going to do anything suspension wise...then I saw how cheap those springs were. The X5's 20" tires would rub the plastic fender during hard cornering while using soft settings, but if I cranked them to the hard settings, then it'd be fine. I'd like another inch or so on the X5M, but I'll see how it does handling and rubbing during hard switchbacks...but I can't complain for what I paid since it's sitting nicely finally.
