Got a 2010 X5d with over 30,000 miles, no issues besides the recalls. Actually I am so impressed with the vehicle so I ordered another one, a 2012 to join the 2010. Should be done next week, picking it up at the plant at the end of October.
Starting to think about tunes once the warranty runs out.
