Ok. It official....at least on my end. I just got my car back for the first oil service and it's filled with TWS 10w-60. My service advisor pulled it up on the computer and the service for this vehicle calls for the part number which is the TWS 10w-60 oil. He also confirmed it with his Tech and Parts Store Manager. I've checked so far with 3 other BMW parts store and they all said this beast uses the TWS 10w-60. It has been know for BMW techs to fill M's with wrong oil many times. Especially if your BMW center does not have a M tech. I would go back to your service advisor if your car was filled with anything but the TWS 10w-60.
