It's how I bought mine, paid 13k for a fully loaded 3rd row seat x5 premium 2012, had 100k miles though. But it was flawless clean title and used all highway so I don't care, wife needed something bigger and the countryman wasn't cutting it.
Guy said with the current air bad situation and the miles he's looking at just moving them and doesn't want them sitting on the lot.
