You'll be best served getting a set of 298M wheels with dedicated winter tires. Any temps below 40F consistently or any snow flying will not be good with summer tires.
Keep your summer wheels clean (no salt) and you'll get twice the wear out of the summer tires! People are probably changing tires now in parts of the US so you may find good deals such as those listed. I'm not changing for a while!
