The way I see it is like this: you will still need to buy a set of tires either way. You can buy a set now (like I did, got the Contis DWS for 214s) or you can buy a new set of Run Flats at the end of the lease when the dealer will say that the original tires are too worn out and you're responsible for it. I think by buying non-RFTs I will save some money (not to mention got a set of all-season tires) and still have a set of original RFT as spares and for when I will need to return the car in 3 years. Those RFTs will run you about $550 a piece, I definitely don't want to be buying a set of those for the dealer....
