But, I personally don't think it's addictive, or at least I don't feel that I am addicted. I think it's kind of like pot, habitual and habit forming, but not straight-up addictive.

all benzo-based sleep aid's are inherently physically addictive, as well as any benzodiazepine. i categorically avoid all of them on a regular basis. take too many, you're on a long road of dependence. i have a bottle of valium and klonopin stashed away, but i don't hardly touch them after the ambien problem.
