If you were to run a staggered setup, your wheels should be wider in the rear like a 22x11 in the rear and 22x10 up front or similar. You just stated 22", not the width, are these staggered or not?
If you kept the 265/35/22 and added in the rear 305/25/22, now we're talking.... That's only within 1MPH difference front and rear.
Doing a 305/30/22 would be a 4MPH different and may cause you issues with your trans/diff.
