I have read several threads of this issue, has anyone determined what the END DATE is of manufacture dates that had the old / bad driveshaft number? For example, I don't think I have seen any 2012 MY or higher with this issue, am I mistaken?
I just have yet to crawl under the car to see the part number on mine. Build date Feb 2012.

Looks like mine is in the clear. Manufactured in Feb of 2011, this is only for X5s build pretty much the middle of 2010
