Nothing you have said changes the fact that the part will not fit an X5.
The E70 handle 51168037373 does not fit any other car.
The part you are selling 51164862874 only fits the E85 X1, and E9x 3 Series.
Don't sell it like its an E70/E71 part because it's not. Don't omit facts to sell the item in this forum. Selling it on E90 Post.
