As for the inspection of the driveshaft bolts, I have zero faith in that service. fatigue is not often seen in metal, let alone a drit/grime covered part. It'll fail it when it fails. No inspection will find it reliably 100% of the time. It may be tight one day, and get play within a week after an "inspection."
Which is what I basically stated in post 39 in that if what was being inspected failed, then that is why BMW is covering it.
