Some dealers are the pits and I put it down to poor corporate culture and training.

I have had about 10 counts of awful customer service in service and sales at Long Beach BMW. On principal I can't go back, but called them about the kit and they offered 10% discount but I had to pay upfront and had to come in to pay for it..

Crevier would not do euro delivery on an M3 when I was looking earlier this year, due to its "rarity".

My experience with BMW dealers in SoCal in general over the last three years has really made me question why I stay with the brand.
Why not just order it yourself and have an indy shop install it?

You can literally save around $5-600 dollars for the same result ...

BMW dealers are generally incompetent crooks that just want to make as much money from you as possible ... there are some gems out there but they are few and far between.
Yep, that's what I was indicating above. Picking up the kit from a local dealer that will cost less than having it shipped from Bimmerparts (which is Passport BMW in Maryland) and having a local shop BMW Indy install it, for $1,400 total as opposed to $2,000 from a local dealer.
