I see it as orange on my calibrated monitor. For tweenzy colors like that, color space and monitor calibration are very important. Is that sRGB color space or Adobe RGB, or some other color space. For viewing here, in most browsers, you want sRGB.
People observing that on different monitors, with different degrees of calibration, will "correctly" see different colors. By "correct" I mean that their eyes and mind told them the right answer, either Orange or Red, but the monitor did NOT present the color as accurately as the source file.
