The alignment specs on the X5 are crap IMHO. It is the amount of toe-in for the fronts and the toe-in and negative camber for the rears. You want to run the absolute minimum toe-in front and rear and go the least amount of negative camber in the rear as per spec. This will slow down that wear. There is no camber adjustment for the fronts with the stock suspension.
