Front Tire Wear & Alignment - 20" Sport

We've got a 50i with Sports Package on the original 20" Staggered wheels.

We have always struggled to not chew through tires on the vehicle with the Bridgestone Potenza Summer tires or Pirelli Snow's we have for the setup.

Has anyone else had this issue?

The outer shoulders simply get chewed up and the drivers side is worse than the passengers.

What settings has anyone found to not cause extreme wear?

I know I have read where these things are difficult to get good setups on but front tires are lasting maybe 10k miles? Only option is a camber kit?

Just doesn't seem right. It's driven by my wife daily which means no shenanigans. Never pushed hard.

Dealership continues to tell us its within BMW Spec, which it is on the sheet. Just trying to figure out how I should be getting them to align it so they last a little longer.
