How's the carfax on car 2? Both seem to be a bit on the high side as far as price for me though.
My local dealership has a 2008 4.8 w/ 45k miles with Sports Package, Cold Weather Package, Premium Package, Premium Sound, Rear Climate and Running boards for $39k, and that's before any negotiation. Doesn't have the HUD and Comfort access, but those two shouldn't add to the car going over $41k or so. They have another without Sport package, but with the technology package for $39k as well. I'd keep looking around if I were you. I
