I finally got the D to the bodyshop to colormatch.
While it was there, I had them fix a small dent in the right side passenger door crease where it was impossible to do PDR. This guy specializes in doing paint repairs on high end cars.

That's gonna look so much better and cleaner all color matched
...I'm glad you posted pics of the door w/o the molding, I've been thinking about removing them for a cleaner look as well but now that I see they're not just glued in place I'll abort that plan
