A similar thing happened to me with my wife's '13 X5M at a hand car wash. The car definitely has comfort access yet the guys at the car wash managed to lock the doors with the key fob inside. Needless to say, I was pretty ticked off while I waited 30min for someone to get there and open up the car for me. This should not happen
