If you just want to quantify the change, trap speeds are going to be the most accurate gauge of power.
If you were able to log and have Velos do adjustments to the tune, then the dyno might be a better choice, otherwise a dyno has enough variables to be basically a more expensive way to get less accurate real world results.
That said, if you have access to a 4wd dyno, is there anyone local who can do a custom tune for you, that would be the best option, if possible.
