I bought a 2010 X6 5.0I in January with over 80k miles in it and now it has 100K. I have been driving this BMW all over the east coast and I cannot be any happier. You can check to see if he Care package has been performed if you have the VIN number. Go to thet BMW website and enter the VIN number:

It will tell you what recalls are pending.
Edited: Oops!! I just re-read your post! I took the X6 to the dealer and asked them to do the Customer care package and they told me that it has already been done!
