"Never mounted" means that this set has never been on an X5 (0 miles on them - Brand New).
Yes the pictures are of the exact wheels & tires which are factory balanced in Germany... basically ready to mount and drive.
Since you appear to have a 2011 X5 - as long as your 2011 has a build date before October 2010 the Tire Sensors will mesh with your car.
