Holy crap, didn't notice this either. You state that you own a '12 X5///M... I recently just spent close to $4000 getting repairs done to my '10 X5///M, and it was basically all of the same parts affect by the N63 campaign.
I do agree with others, I doubt you'll get anywhere with a lawyer, but good luck. And please let me know how you got all of this covered on an S63 engine.
