bmw assist hardware deactivation ??
hi guys
i am attaching a jpeg of a letter from bmw assist - i been told that they deactivated my hardware b/c i chose not to activate bmw assist - now after a few weeks i did want to activate but got this letter today in mail saying hardware has been deactivated - called bmw assist and they told me to call the dealership for hardware activation - called dealership - dealership has no idea why it happened - on a 2011 car - can someone please shed some light on this matter - would like to know about your experiences/thoughts
