I know the post is from last year but its only 1 page back. Honestly, grass fed is more lean.. doesnt have as much flavor. Lately Costco has been trimming their rib eyes into pieces that look like filets. You basically get the very best part of the rib eye without those huge fat parts running through it. Costs a little more but definitely worth the 1-$2 extra per pound. Tastes like a ribeye, feels like a filet.
