Does it really matter? It's about 2-3lbs of parts and packing materials, they're not going to rape you on shipping, it's normal/fair pricing based on my previous orders.
My order of the kit, and a few other small misc items was $12.95
Note: if you have the rear cargo liner, you know the rubber liner to cover your trunk floor, this works with it, and can keep it up. It is heavier to lift, and I did break and subsequently have to replace my handle. But the important part is that it is strong enough to support the cargo mat weight.
