I got to checking the code and it's the DEF active tank sensor. I hope your warranty was aftermarket and not BMW
I checked my list of what's covered and what's not. It specifically says exhaust components, but it generally seems to refer to potential wear items. Like I said in my previous post, it covered a NOx sensor,but it didn't cover EGR Cooler. I should be safe/OK.
Of course I JUST bought myself an e36 M3 as a fun car, so my wife is pissed at the idea I may also have to shell out $2k to get this fixed
