i am having a similar issue with strange transmission issues. brought it to the dealer and they think it is related to the active tank sensor being bad. i do have a bad sensor and it is going to be replaced on thursday. i will let you know if that is the issue or not. they think it has something to do with the emmisions and the car going into a safety mode.
