Hey guys, my name is Josh and I'm a BMW CCA member. I've babied this car from day 1 of my ownership and hate to see it go. I have good reviews on this forum and on ebay. Only reason I'm selling is to get into an e90 for more room due to a growing family and I need an Auto transmission for my wife to be able to drive it (since she cannot drive manual, and I wasn't about to let her "learn" on this!).
Car has never had a single issue, mostly I think because I've never modded it and drive it sparingly. I've changed the oil every 7-8k miles depsite BMW telling me it's every 12-15k. Runs very strong, shifts are crisp, and I had an alignment and road-force balancing done about 10k miles ago earlier this year. I have Otto's BMW analysis paperwork on hand from within the past 2 months showing the state of the overall car, brakes, engine, and tires. Worry free car!

Here's the background story on the car:
I am the 3rd owner on paper but really only the 2nd owner. The car was driven for aprox. 5-7k miles by the owner of BMW of Annapolis in Maryland and registered in his name. I then purchased this CPO car from he second owner in Hamilton, NJ with only 17k miles on it and the remainder factory balance of the warranty and maintenance plan which expired in April of this year. I have all of the records and books for the car and it has been only ever serviced by the dealership.
Since owning the car I have hand washed it almost every week with only premium products from Chemical Guys and used the 2-bucket method. The paint is in very good condition all around.
The car has a minor chip in the center of the rear bumper and although it is slightly noticeable it never really bothered me and only happened a few months ago.

Willing to consider trades + difference for 2010-2013 e90 with under 50k miles. Prefer BSM or Silver/Gray, M-Sport, Auto Trans and if it has remaining warranty that's a huge bonus.
