Haha I saw that bike too! So badass! I love the honeycomb CF weave as well.
Knowing Dinmann and having bought from him in the past, I'm sure the diffuser is going to be quite pricey. That's a big reason why I don't think this is going to happen because I doubt theres 10+ people who are willing to shell out that much money for a diffuser
