So I have a 10/s63 X5M, AA tune,exhaust mod, problems here and there but I drive it hard. Took it past the 170mph and constantly take across country live in Az and the farthest I've driven is FL. I do have some issues like an oil leak that is being fixed as we speak. They thought at first was the oil suction but turns out it might be the valve cover seal.
great. I replaced my plugs just last week, not to hard.
