I had all three done at 50k miles by my Indy mechanic (former BMW dealership mechanics using OEM fluids). I know it's probably overly conservative, but at $250 for the front and rear diffs, as well as the transfer case fluid drain and fill, it was relatively inexpensive, and I won't have to do it again. There's a DIY out there in this forum.
