Mine had 18" BS Dueler RFTs that came from factory. I remember being unpleasantly surprised how much hydroplaning occurs, especially for such a heavy vehicle, on new tires. Lots of rain in Seattle, so hydroplaning is a constant concern.
Not a single instance of hydroplaning with Continental DWS.

My bad, you're right about the hydroplaning. I had it happen about a week ago on the highway. I was really surprised.
So two issues...noise and hydroplaning.
