RFTs to Continental DWS06 and Alignment

I was hoping my Bridgestone RFTs were going to last a few more months, but the front's were getting a bit too worn. So, I decided to get ready for the winter sooner than I thought and got the Continental DWS06 All seasons after reading some rave reviews. Now, I only have a few miles with these bad boys but the X5M is a COMPLETELY different car. The reduction in road noise alone was worth it for me as my wife and toddler are usually the ones in the car.

I had a few hundred dollar gift cards from Pep Boys so I got the tires, installation, and alignment from there. My question to the group, and I am NOT versed in alignments, but the car seems to drive straight however the steering wheel is turned noticeably to the left. It was not like this before.

Is this a bad alignment that can be fixed or am I stuck with this?

Thanks in advance for the input.
