Rearview camera question
Hey guys I have a question about a rear view camera.
I have a 2011 x5 that is having a flickering issue periodically with the rear view camera. The dealer says it needs to be replaced.
I pulled the rear panel and it is very easy to get to the camera and they are fairly easy to come by. The question is would it be a direct replacement or is there coding that's needed? Of course the dealer wants $800 for the job and the camera is around $300.
Any help is appreciated!
