I won't make any snide comments since that won't help you. Consider a second set of winter wheels/tires. In March, I found a used set on Craig's List for $1000 (replica 214s with almost new Pirelli Scorpions). Deals are out there, although the timing isn't good right now since demand will be higher. If you must drive with your current setup, drive with more caution than usual, allowing more than usual space in front of you to stop. The shallower tread, combined with the harder compound of your tires provide less grip all around. While AWD, weight and driver aids are nice to have, ultimately, traction is fully dependent on tire grip.
