I ended up purchasing these rims without the tires from either this seller or someone who represents him. I'm still not sure which.
The rims appear exactly as described. I will post pics once I get them mounted.
I'm mostly happy with the transaction, and I will post my experience with this seller once I have a few more pieces of information.
