I pulled out the front bumper fog light grills and used a heat gun to loosen the double sided tape on the side of the reflector then i just pulled them out slowly. Mine got a bit warped so i bought new ones then had the painted. Cost me 100.00 bucks for paint and 42.00 for the pair of OEM reflectors. Good luck.
