I have 10x20 BBS SV front and rear on the X5M with 275's on all 4 corners. I think it took a 15 or 18mm spacer in the rear to bring the face of the rears out to where the stock rears were. Not ideal, but I really wanted the BBS SV wheels and their fitment for the X5M is only 22" diameter - too big for me. My set-up is 4 of the 10x20 BBS SV fronts (for a standard E70) with the aforementioned spacers in the rear.
The 275's would have been way too stretched on the stock 11" rears from the X5M
